Pray without Ceasing! (1 Thessalonians 5:17)

It’s summer time!!! Yes, it’s a beautiful time of year. Boating, bicycling, skate boarding, hiking, climbing, double-dutch, hopscotch, swimming, spending time at the beach, amusement parks, with family and friends. Many people however because of the nice weather, school break, and vacations see this as the time to slack in their relationship with God and in prayer. NOT SO! Now more than ever, we need to PRAY WITHOUT CEASING!

Pray for the condition of our nations. Pray for our cities, counties and states. Pray for leadership in the church and outside of the church. Pray for our youth and young adults. Pray for family unity. Pray for the sick and shut-in. Pray for the lost. Pray for the saints. “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sins, and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)
